About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical works on renewable energy and infrastructure projects. You will manage projects from design through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise electrical construction programmes to meet deadlines
  • Control installation costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
  • Lead and motivate electrical site teams
  • Ensure safety management for all electrical activities, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Review electrical drawings and specifications for compliance
  • Coordinate procurement of electrical materials and equipment
  • Maintain quality records and resolve technical issues during execution
  • Prepare and evaluate Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth project delivery
The Ideal Candidate
  • Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering (HND, B.Eng, or M.Eng)
  • 5-10 years' site experience in electrical project delivery
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience in electrical projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems for renewable energy or infrastructure
  • Willingness to travel across the UK
  • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid UK driving licence
