About Tova
Tova is a single-storey home based within the Ravenswood Estate, supporting seven adults aged 20s to 60s with severe learning disabilities, epilepsy, and in some cases, dementia and physical support needs. Shifts run from 07:00 to 21:00 (typically 07:00–19:00, 08:00–20:00 or 09:00–21:00) with no break, and the rota flexes around the needs, preferences and routines of the people we support, not the other way around. The team works to Norwood’s values of Kindness, Respect, Belonging, and Empowerment.
