Procurement Category Manager



What you’re likely to be working on:



We have a number of portfolio areas which you may be involved with. These include but are not limited to:



Construction
Highways & Transport
Regeneration
Environmental Services


What You’ll Do:



Lead procurement activity within your category
Provide expert advice to stakeholders and service leads
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and other key teams
Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices


What We’re Looking For:



Minimum CIPS Level 4 or equivalent experience
Sound understanding of public sector procurement
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
