Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead teams delivering a wide range of highway, transportation, and seasonal projects. You will manage procurement, planning, feasibility, and financial/resource aspects of schemes, from minor works to large-scale multi-agency transportation projects.
This role sits within StreetScene Service or Strategic Investment & Regeneration, offering the chance to shape infrastructure that supports local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams delivering highways and transportation projects.
- Oversee procurement, planning, and feasibility studies.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partner agencies.
