Seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Brent, delivering pre planned lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Local mainstream secondary schools with supportive teams, established behaviour systems and opportunities for ongoing development across the borough.
About the role:
Supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering set work, managing behaviour, and ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout the lesson.

Maintain a calm classroom environment, follow school policies, support learners, and ensure smooth delivery of pre prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
Requirements -
Right to work in the UK and a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience working with young people
Confidence managing classroom behaviour
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow plans and adapt to different subjects
A positive, professional approach and reliability
