The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical, high-visibility role within a cross-functional team, managing the relationship
with one of our largest and most strategic retail partners.
You will have ownership of key categories across both branded and private label, driving initiatives from concept to execution to
deliver profitable, sustainable growth. This is a role with genuine autonomy and accountability, offering:
* Full P&L ownership of defined categories
* Responsibility for strategic planning, delivery and ongoing optimisation
* Exposure to broader business initiatives across a fast-paced, acquisitive group

About You
Must-haves:
* Strong working knowledge of FMCG
* Experience in a B2B, customer-facing role with P&L accountability
* High levels of ownership, autonomy, and resilience
* Authentic, dynamic and results-focused
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and strong team player
Desirable:
* Experience working with Top 4 UK Grocery retailers
* Exposure to both brand and private label
* Understanding of category growth principles
* Experience managing end-to-end NPD/EPD cycles
Location & Travel
You must be commutable to one of the following:
Clitheroe, Crewe, Market Drayton, Ebbw Vale, Nottingham, Redhill (Surrey), Milton Keynes.
This role requires regular national travel, averaging 2–3 days per week away from home, typically 1 overnight stay per week.
Expect frequent travel to Central London, Redhill (Surrey), Nottingham, and wider UK locations.
