Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire a team of 4+ practitioners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Work to enhance the delivery of EYFS and our own bespoke curriculum
• Develop and implement effective planning strategies across the team
• Mentor and guide staff members to achieve their full potential
• Ensure high-quality education and care standards are consistently met • Delegate responsibilities effectively to maximize team efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
Essential Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in team work within an early years setting
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and requirements
• Knowledge of or willingness to embrace Steiner educational philosophy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
