We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator (L2Z2) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality education and care for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that fosters children's growth and development. As an Early Years Educator, you will implement developmentally appropriate practices and programs that accommodate the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years. Your creativity and energy will be instrumental in promoting holistic learning experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration, and soil skills development. You will work closely with families to support their children’s learning journeys and be an integral part of our educational community. Collaborating with other educators and staff, you will strive to meet the highest standards of care and education, ensuring each child feels valued and empowered. Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula that meet the needs of all children.
Create and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for children and families.
Observe and assess children's development and learning progress, documenting key milestones.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community.
Encourage creative expression and exploration through a variety of activities and learning experiences.
Promote social, emotional, and physical skills through individualized and group activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in an early years setting with children aged 0-5 years.
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Basic First Aid certification and knowledge of child safety protocols.
A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their growth and learning.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.04
Location: Camden, North West London
