Crynodeb
Liaising via the telephone with patients, carers and care professionals for the delivery of repairs services, co-ordinating relevant paperwork. Ordering and purchasing parts and sundries to enable repairs to be made in a timely fashion. Completing works orders and associated notes to close down completed jobs in a timely fashion. Coordinating workload and jobs for field service engineers Make full use of computerised stock control and other systems to update records and maintain patient details. Comply with service requirements of the BCE Quality Management Systems and Southmead Health Services Trust wide policies and procedures. Undertake such other reasonable duties, appropriate to the grade, as agreed between the post holder and manager from time to time.
