Impact Futures Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Officer to join our Compliance team!

This is a remote role with travelling to Slough for meetings once per month.

The Role:

As a Data Officer, you will be processing accurate and timely data for all learners in time for monthly ESFA submission and
carrying out compliance checks on documentation. This role will require attendance for face to face meetings in Slough, once per
month.

The role will involve:
-Auditing enrolment documentation to ensure funding claims are eligible
-Processing data through PICS and Smart Assessor for our Apprenticeships, Advanced Learner Loans and Commercial learners
-Ensuring all ILR data corresponds with learner documentation
-Keeping up to date with ESFA Funding Rules
