Summary
Support Worker - Homelessness Hostel (Barnet)
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00-4:30 | 3-month temp assignment
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred key working to residents with a range of needs, including homelessness, mental health, addiction, and complex backgrounds.

Support residents to maintain their tenancy and work towards independent living.

Complete assessments, support plans, risk management, and soft outcome monitoring.

Offer advice, guidance, and signposting to internal and external services.

Work proactively within the hostel environment, supporting daily activities and maintaining a safe setting.
Requirements:

Experience supporting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals.

Previous hostel or supported accommodation experience.

Strong key working and tenancy sustainment skills.

Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
