Duties:
- Drive to designated locations to perform repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on light commercial vehicles
- Deliver high-quality technical service to all customers, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
- Maintain and repair various mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience
- Complete accurate documentation for all work carried out, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines
Specification:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician, ideally specialising in light commercial vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with proactive communication skills
- Driving experience is essential for the Mobile LCV Technician position
