Role Responsibilities
As Business Manager, you'll be taking ownership of a well-established UK trade and distribution brand. You'll set direction, drive growth, and lead an experienced team to deliver exceptional service and profitability by:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing B2B customers
- Being responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
- Ensuring the achievement of set targets and objectives
- Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue

- Up to £70,000 basic salary + uncapped profit share bonus (£30,000+)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be either a proven manager with P&L responsibility, or a high-performing salesperson ready to step up into a leadership role

- Be commercially aware, sales-driven, and a strong relationship-builder
