In this role, you will:
- Support young people to develop essential life skills
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Encourage independence and personal growth
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working within a children's residential home
- Experience supporting young people with a range of needs
- Ideally hold, or be working towards, Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- A caring, resilient and professional approach
