Our client, a leading childcare provider in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time EYFS Level 3 Practitioner to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional early years education and care to children aged 0-5 years, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

As an EYFS Level 3 Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of each child in your care. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.

Key responsibilities of the EYFS Level 3 Practitioner role include:

- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of open communication and partnership
- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment, in line with health and safety regulations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the setting, actively participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities

To be considered for this role, you must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education, such as an NVQ Level 3, BTEC National Diploma, or equivalent. A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and a minimum of one year's experience working in an early years setting is essential. Our client is offering a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour for this full-time position, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.
