Your Role
As a CYP Support Worker, you will support young people in residential provisions, crisis settings, and community-based environments. Your focus will be on providing safety, stability, and encouragement while promoting positive routines and emotional wellbeing.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and practical needs
- Encouraging independence and positive daily routines
- Following individual care plans and safeguarding policies
- Logging accurate, detailed reports after each shift
- Working collaboratively with your team and external professionals
- Completing a mixture of shifts (long days, short days, nights, evenings, weekends)

What We're Looking For
To join us as a Children & Young People Support Worker, you will need:
✔ The Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
✔ 6+ months UK experience supporting children or young people
✔ 3 references (2 professional + 1 character)
✔ An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
✔ Flexibility to work varied shifts
✔ A valid Physical Intervention certificate or willingness to complete our Team Teach course
✔ Driving licence desirable, as many roles involve transport or community work
