You'll support students with additional learning needs by:
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Helping students stay focused and engaged
• Breaking tasks into manageable steps
• Building confidence and celebrating achievements
• Working with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
• Creating a calm, welcoming environment
You'll be a key part of students feeling understood, supported and capable.
Graduates who:
• Are warm, patient and genuinely good with people
• Want to explore teaching, SEN or youth support
• Can stay calm when things get busy
• Are reliable and keen to help
• Believe every young person deserves support
You don't need experience - just kindness and positivity.
• £85-£100 per day
• Free training
