Come and join our Brand New Nursery

We are seeking to appoint an experienced EYFS Leader to manage our Brand New Little Thinkers Nursery setting at All Faiths Children’s Academy.

As the Nursery Manager you will play a crucial role in promoting high standards within our nursery and supporting staff in their daily duties, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative practitioner to lead our nursery for children from 0-3. We are a forward looking nursery organisation who work alongside The Thinking School Academy to Transforming Life Chances for our children. As Nursery Manager you will have a strong understanding of child development for these ages and will lead with passion and dedication to ensure all our children grow educationally and thrive socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who will work alongside staff to ensure we give the highest level of care and support to our children.

What you will need to succeed:

A minimum of at least 2 years’ experience working in a nursery/preschool, ideally as a room leader or manager.
Excellent knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and proven track record of planning, tracking and monitoring children’s learning and developmental milestones.
Experience of line management, rotas and managing budgets effectively.
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent.
Paediatric First Aid.
English & Maths GCSE Grade 4/C or above/or equivalent.
Nurturing nature with a passion to make a difference in young children’s’ care and education.
Well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to relate to a wide range of people including children, staff, parents and external professionals.
