Are you a proven B2B sales professional with direct experience in Solar PV or renewable energy? Our client — a respected and established organisation operating across multiple sectors — is expanding its commercial Solar PV offering and is looking for a Sales Manager with genuine industry credibility to drive new business and accelerate division growth.
This is a pivotal role where your sector knowledge and network will directly influence the future of a rapidly developing area of the business.

The Role: B2B Sales Manager – Solar PV
You will lead new business activity within the commercial Solar PV market, converting opportunities, building strategic relationships, and growing the company’s presence across commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and secure new commercial Solar PV opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers
• Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored proposals
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Represent the company at sector events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Feed market intelligence into sales planning and strategic growth initiatives
What You’ll Need
• Essential: A proven track record in B2B sales within Solar PV or renewable energy
• Strong understanding of the commercial Solar PV market and its decision-making cycle
• Consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to deliver results
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to clients
• Ability to commute to Blackburn (hybrid working available)
