We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our rail depot team, with a clear pathway to progress into a Site Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience, strong character, and the drive to lead and inspire a team.

Key Qualities
- Solid track record in cleaning supervisory roles
- Strong character with excellent leadership skills
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (training will be provided)
- Proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Competence in responding to emails and reporting site issues online
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site cleaning operations within the rail depot
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Lead and support team members to achieve operational goals
- Report site issues promptly using online systems
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders
Pay & Hours
- Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
- Working Hours: 7 hours per day (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift Time: 08:00 - 15:00
