Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
• 2:1 degree or higher (Psychology, Education, or core subject degrees desirable)
• Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with SEN learners
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with SEN, tutoring, or youth mentoring is helpful but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils aged 4-11 who require additional help due to learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, or social and emotional needs. You will provide 1:1 support, run small-group sessions, and work closely with teachers to ensure lessons are accessible for all students.
