EMEA, Aftermarket Sales Representative
Job Purpose
Actively selling all Aftermarket Products, taking care of our customers in the EMEA territory. Being responsible for achieving established company goals, while acting in accordance with our Group established policies.
Key Responsibilities
After-Market Sales
Sell Modernisation Projects, Spare Parts, Training, Repair and Field Service products to all Customers in the EMEA territory
Forecast sales volume with the EMEA Representatives and local After Market Managers
Directly participate and formulate market penetration plan in EMEA territory
Participate in trade shows and service seminars for reps and customers. Participate in travelling road shows, presentations etc.
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories and key accounts
Quotation and contract monitoring
Work closely with appropriate Inside Sales leader to prioritise and progress quotes in a timely manner.
Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order.
Ensure accuracy of quotations – pricing and commercial terms
Review all contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Assist in collection of past due accounts
Knowledge management
Maintain and implement training programs with Agents in EMEA to ensure they can perform
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Coperion products, policies and goals
Propose improvements to enhance our offerings.
Candidate Profile
Technical-commercial education with further training in sales and marketing
Knowledge of production processes employed within the food and pharmaceutical industries would be advantageous. Experience in the industry of direct bulk material handling is highly desired.
Ability to motivate people to achieve goals and acknowledge performance
Results-focused personality with vision, energy and flair
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of selling process, marketing techniques
Drive and be a role model for the company values & behaviours. Be aware of and follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures, in respect of self and others.
