About the Role

We're looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Children's Support Worker to support children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You'll help them feel valued, supported, and empowered while engaging in activities that promote learning, wellbeing, and confidence.

This is an exciting and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys making a difference, building trust, and having fun with children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children with varied needs

  • Participate in and lead fun, educational, and recreational activities

  • Help with routines, personal care, and daily living tasks as required

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans

  • Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to provide consistent support

Essential Requirement

Due to the location of the service, it is essential that candidates have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
