Team Manager

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Manager to lead our healthcare team at a care setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality children and young people care, and maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring staff, implementing healthcare protocols, and driving performance improvements. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of excellence, empowerment, and teamwork within the department. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to coordinate children and young people in care, manage staff schedules, and address any operational challenges that arise. Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care.
Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage team schedules, staffing needs, and workload distribution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective patient care continuity.
Collect and analyse data to drive performance improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a social or hospital setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and best practices.
Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and patients.

End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £30.41
