The role: Provide commercial partnering and support to Regional Directors (RDs) and their operational teams through insight, guidance and challenge to ensure business delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner RDs and their operational teams, providing commercial rigour to the business through guidance, support and challenge
Present key performance messages at RD meetings
Work in partnership with the Contract Manager and operational teams to facilitate successful outcomes across the Operations Director region’s block contracts
Provide insightful analysis and opinion to support key business decisions
Identify performance risks and opportunities, support planning and delivery of either mitigation/recovery or realisation across RD regions
Lead budgeting and forecasting activity for RD regions
Drive business performance through the continuing commercial guidance and coaching of operational teams
Seek to identify and facilitate operational adoption of best practice/benchmarking
What We're Looking For:
Strong business partnering experience to senior stakeholders
Forecasting and budgeting
Experience of reviewing P & L performance
