Great opportunity for Care assistants with afternoon availability on the weekend.
You will be dealing with residents battling with age-related illnesses, providing them with support during their daily routine. You will allow them to live enriched lives whilst providing a friendly face that they can turn to.
Working in this role, duties will include the following: -
• Assisting with nighttime routines
• Personal Care
• Feeding/bathing/undressing
• Providing emotional and companionship support

If you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following:
• You must have previous experience within a similar care environment in the UK
• Have a referenceable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.

This is an ongoing opportunity
Your typical hours will be Saturday to Sundays starting at 16.00 and finishing at 22.00
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.55 plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay
