Position: Nursing Home Manager – Well-Established Nursing Home
Location: Near Bexleyheath
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum | Full-Time
I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing home located near Bexleyheath. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing large nursing homes.
Ideally holds a current NMC nursing PIN.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes.
Demonstrated ability to improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings.
Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team.
Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth.
