We are looking for someone with customer service skills and organisational skills to be a part of a Team, with initiative who is an effective team player able to prioritise.

Position will be located at Royal London Hospital and will involve working night shifts. The salary will be in line with the Inner London pay scales.





Answering Internal and External Calls GPs/Drs/Other Trusts and All Emergency Services.

Dealing with All Emergency Calls / Alarms / Major Incident/ Fire/ Security contacting the relevant teams.

Able to deal with Telephony Failures and follow Department SOP procedures.

Full Training will be given.
