Crynodeb
The mobile role requires you to be able to drive Council vehicles specific to the section and will require a current full UK car driver’s licence
You will be based within a City Centre Public Services Control Room. You will form part of multi-skilled team whose duties include CCTV monitoring, mobile response to alarm monitoring activations as a key-holder, Call centre operations, Emergency 1st responder liaison and an Emergency planning communication and response function.
Your working hours will mainly be in 12 hour rotating shift patterns covering Monday to Sunday, nights, weekends and public holidays.
We ask that you have relevant security and team working experience a good awareness/knowledge of the operations of a public service control room; CCTV, relevant legal and statutory requirements, partnership working, a good level of communication skills in telephone and radio operation and experience of customer led services, IT skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in any ever changing environment.
