Key Responsibilities:
1. Worship Leadership:
Lead and coordinate the church’s music ministry during services, programs, and special events.
Select and prepare songs and musical arrangements that align with the church’s vision and themes.
Lead the choir, band, and worship team in rehearsals and performances.
2. Musical Development:
Train and mentor choir members, instrumentalists, and vocalists to improve their skills.
Introduce new songs, hymns, and musical techniques to enhance worship experiences.
Organize workshops and music training sessions for the church community.
3. Program Planning:
Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to plan music for services, special events, and outreach programs.
Coordinate music for weddings, funerals, and other church ceremonies when required.
4. Administration:
Manage the music ministry budget, instruments, and equipment.
Maintain schedules, attendance records, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a born-again Christian with a passion for worship.
University graduate in Music or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument.
Ability to lead and coordinate a choir and worship team.
Familiarity with various music genres suitable for church services.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and mentor team members spiritually and musically.
