Role Description
Peartree Cleaning is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready to take the next step into their first managerial role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who’s looking to grow their career and develop into an Area Supervisor position.

About the Role:
You’ll oversee a portfolio of smaller contracts across London, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves:
• Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
• Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
• Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong Cleaning Supervisor ready to take the next step into management
• Organised, proactive, and people-focused with great communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership and management skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred (travel across London required)

Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills and team management abilities to support and oversee site personnel
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and ensuring operational upkeep
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to maintain seamless service delivery
• Excellent Communication skills for effective peer coordination and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards relevant to facility management services
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
