Job Advert
As a Delivery Service Administrator you will be part of the Transport Team, an integral part of the Boughey operation, delivering
exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth running of the Transport department.

Day to Day
* Monitor delivery schedules in real time to identify any PVA (plan v actual) issues
* Liaise directly with drivers and delivery points to overcome any delivery issues and protect service levels
* Manage and monitor any failure or redelivery processes
* Monitor daily sub-contraction performance
* Create and monitor a ‘Sensitive’ delivery report to ensure deliveries with high customer sensitivity are successful
* Report all service level issues internally
* Communicate across all internal departments (key stakeholders) to ensure information is consistent and relevant
* Monitor stock left at off-site locations awaiting further processing or return
* Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain the highest standards with due regard to Customer requirements and in
line with HARA, BRCGS and any other internal or external legislation/audits.
What will you bring?
* Good level understanding of IT systems - SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microlise
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally
* Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively and solve problems
* Positive and resilient team player
* Basic knowledge of order processing and stock reconciliation
