We are currently looking for an experienced Injection Moulder to join our dedicated team and support our production processes.

Job Overview:

As an Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines that are used in the manufacturing of foam and mattress components. You will ensure that all moulding processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards, contributing to the production of high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Operation:

Health & Safety Compliance:

Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure all safety equipment is in place and used properly during production.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate production records, including machine parameters, downtime logs, maintenance schedules, and quality control data. Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to the management team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including quality control, engineering, and production, to meet production targets and resolve technical challenges.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience operating injection moulding machines, ideally in the foam, mattress, or similar manufacturing environment. Experience with foam processing is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, with the ability to troubleshoot common machine and product issues. Experience in setting up and adjusting machine parameters is required.

Attention to Detail:

High attention to detail when inspecting foam components to ensure they meet quality standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify production issues and implement effective solutions.

Health & Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to comply with all safety guidelines.
