Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure the team is adequately equipped for daily tasks.
Collaborate with other departments and management to align goals and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment or industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
Ability to analyze data and reports to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures relevant to direct labour operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
