We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Workshop, Warehouse & Operative to join us at our site in Rochester.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude holding an ability to support the daily warehouse operation and assist in equipment and consumable deliveries when necessary.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and setup Multifunctional Devices in preparation for delivery and installation
Responsible for monitoring stock and goods in/out of the warehouse in a timely manner
Updating the company system with stock changes to maintain stock inventory and integrity.
Picking orders and wrapping equipment for safe delivery.
Ensure that the Workshop is always clean and tidy, and that waste packaging is removed and disposed of safely and in line with health and safety guidance
Experience & Skillset
Proven experience working in a workshop and warehouse setting
Knowledge MS Office packages
Ability to use a screwdriver and other basic tools.
A team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and prioritises customer care
Works to deadlines and uses initiative
Takes the correct health and safety measures, particularly in respect of manual handling heavy loads
