Crynodeb
The Associate HOS will be working with the Head of School, Associate Dean, Host Trusts and the Lead Employer to ensure that all placements provide an inclusive and psychologically safe place in which to work and learn. Attendance at ARCP Panels. To provide expert advice on Speciality specific matters to the Scheme. To support the Head of School in the management and appraisal of Training Programme Directors to ensure appropriate systems for Assessment, Rotational Management, Trainee Supervision & Support and other functions within the School.
