Job Description:

Are you hands-on, safety-focused, and passionate about working with production machinery? We’re looking for a Skilled Production
Operatives to join our team in Market Drayton, ensuring our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest
quality standards. As a Skilled Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment,
ensuring the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of
efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.




Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out Pre-Start checks and reporting any issues to your Group Leader.

* Running production machinery efficiently and safely, with in-depth knowledge of equipment.

* Monitoring products against customer specifications and making adjustments where needed.

* Following strict Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.

* Working with engineers to resolve machinery issues and recording downtime.

* Supporting a clean and safe work environment through "Clean As You Go" practices.

* Communicating effectively across all levels of the team.

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.




Requirements:

1. Good written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
2. Previous experience in a fast-paced factory environment, ideally within the food industry.
3. Physical ability to lift and handle weights up to 25kg safely.
4. Experience as Production Operative or knowledge of operating and maintaining production line equipment is advantageous.
5. Knowledge of critical control points (CCPs) and food safety regulations is preferred.
