What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third-in-Charge
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations and leadership of the team
- Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practices in child development
- Maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning for all children
- Implement and monitor educational programmes that meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
- Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Ensure smooth administrative and operational processes within the nursery
