Our client, a well-established educational institution in Luton, Bedfordshire, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. As an integral member of our client's educational team, the SEN Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student. Our client offers a competitive salary range of £140-£225 per day, with the potential for an increase to £176.04-£281 per day after 13 weeks on AWR, depending on pay type and scale. The rate includes a generous SEN Allowance, recognising the specialised nature of this role and the expertise required to excel in it.

Key responsibilities of the Full-time SEN Teacher include:

- Regularly assessing and monitoring student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student performance and development
- Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to promote open communication and a supportive learning environment

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Special Educational Needs
