Support students with behaviour needs to improve engagement and learning.

About the role:
The Behaviour Mentor will support pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs. You will help them regulate, stay engaged in learning, and build positive routines. The role involves working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Provide 1 to 1 and small group behaviour support
- Use de escalation and restorative approaches
- Build trusted relationships with students
- Support behaviour plans and intervention strategies
- Promote a calm and safe learning environment
- Monitor progress and share updates with staff

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Understanding of SEMH needs
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach
- Ability to work well within a team
- A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
