Morgan Hunt have partnered with a leading Further Education institution to recruit for a Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader in Peterborough. This is a full time permanent role paying £31,000. The primary function of this position is to lead their fantastic student recruitment team.
The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of IAG Officers and additional staff
- Overseeing processes for student bursaries, transport, and funding documentation
- Coordinating recruitment events
- Working collaboratively across departments and campuses to share best practice
- Supporting the team to meet targets and grow student numbers
The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will need to have:
- Experience in leading a team within student recruitment
- Level 3 IAG (or above)
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience in further education or post-16
- Managing funding or student record systems
The Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader will receive:
- An annual salary of £31,000
- 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
