The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Civil Litigation and the confidence to manage a varied caseload from start to finish. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused — with the drive to deliver exceptional results and grow within a progressive firm.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Qualification as a Solicitor (Civil Litigation experience is essential)
• Experience handling your own caseload independently
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Good time management and organisational ability
• Proficiency with case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous)
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach

What will your role look like?

You’ll be an integral part of a growing litigation team, managing a diverse caseload and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own Civil Litigation files from instruction through to resolution
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
• Drafting legal documentation, statements of case, and correspondence
• Applying strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and case law
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
• Contributing to a high-performance, client-focused culture
