Crynodeb
Three gentlemen living together in their own home are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Personal Assistants to support their daily lives. They have varied needs including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
They are looking for patient, calm and sincere individuals who are able to work flexibly- both as part of a supportive team and independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote independence through structured daily routines and life skills development
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, medication, and safe practices
• Support healthy meal prep, domestic tasks, and financial planning
• Encourage use of public transport where possible and support access to community, cultural, and faith-based activities if requested
• Facilitate relationships with family, friends, and professionals
• Help manage correspondence and attend medical appointments
• Remain alert and responsive, provide emotional reassurance, clear communication and respond calmly during periods of distress
• Adhere to care plans, risk assessments, and PBS strategies
• Liaise with medical, mental health and community, Social Services and family support networks
• Collaborate effectively with Lead PA and the wider support team

• Reliable, consistent and organised
• Encouraging motivating and positive
• Good communicator and listener
• Able to follow guidance and structured plans
• Physically active and adaptable in approach to meet the varying needs within the home
• Team player with initiative
• Willing to learn and develop
Requirements
• Experience or understanding of autism, learning disabilities and mental health
• Two references
• Enhanced DBS
• Willingness to follow policies and complete training (safeguarding, medication, infection control, first aid, health & safety)
• On-call support (6–9pm, rota basis, paid)
