A Construction Site Assistant/Labourer supports the day-to-day operations of a construction site, assisting site managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure the smooth running of construction activities. Key Responsibilities:
Site Coordination:
Assist with coordinating site activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
Material Handling:
Help with the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials on-site, ensuring inventory is tracked and properly managed.
Health & Safety:
Support site safety measures by ensuring safety equipment is available, conducting basic safety checks, and helping maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation:
Assist with maintaining records of daily site activities, labour, and materials, and ensuring that all relevant documents are properly filed and up to date.
Site Organization:
Help organize site facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure an efficient workflow and keep the site tidy and organized.

Experience:
Basic experience in construction or a willingness to learn on the job.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
