East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking aData Investigation Leadto join our ESHT Digital team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead on ensuring the completeness and accuracy of patient-related data across the Trust’s systems, supporting both clinical and business processes
• Lead investigations into data quality issues, including root cause analysis and resolution planning.
• Act as the Trust’s lead specialist in data investigation, advising on system use and data processes.
• Manage a small team, supporting their development and ensuring consistent standards.
• Support the development and delivery of training and education packages to improve data quality awareness across the Trust.
• Liaise with clinicians, managers, admin teams, and external NHS providers to resolve data issues and promote best practices.
