If so, then join our Adult Supported Living services in Quarriers Village and reach your full potential!
Your new opportunity
We are currently recruiting a full-time (39 hours) Senior Support Worker to join our Quarriers Village Supported Living service (Phase 2).
The people we support have a range of complex needs, and we assist them in their day-to-day lives to help them achieve their goals and ambitions. In this role, you will support four men in their own individual flats, all located within the same building. Support needs include learning disabilities, dementia, epilepsy and declining mobility.
We provide 24/7 support based on individual requirements. Hours may vary from a few hours per day to full 24-hour support. Our well-established service is looking for passionate people who genuinely care about delivering person-centred support.
This is a permanent full-time role (39 hours), split between administration and direct support.
Working pattern
Some of the people we support require a few hours of support during the day for activities, appointments, assistance with cooking and cleaning, and personal care. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will also assist with the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Deputy Manager.
What you will need to bring to the role
Compassion and kindness to support people in their daily lives.

Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support individuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for achieving positive outcomes.
