Who You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
We are looking for a Service Leader who is caring, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference.
In this role, you will:
Lead five services within the Halton area
Manage staff teams delivering person-centred support
Support individuals with varying needs to live fulfilling, independent lives
Work closely with people who may present behaviours requiring intensive support
Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and inclusion
Use basic IT systems confidently (training available if needed)
You will also hold a relevant Health & Social Care qualification, such as:
Nurse
Social Worker
SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units (Scotland)
Care Management Level 3 (England)
