Salary: £30,920 – £32,507 per year
Location: Runcorn, WA7
Hours: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time considered)

P4 Recruitment are working with an established leading UK health and social care charity who is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate health & social care professional to join them as a Service Leader in the Halton area.

About the Role
As a Service Leader, you will manage five services, leading and supporting a team to deliver exceptional care to individuals with a variety of needs. You will ensure the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and quality of life.

You will:

Oversee service delivery and compliance

Lead, coach, and support your teams

Work with individuals who may present behaviours requiring intensive support

Promote inclusion, independence, and opportunities within the community

Use basic IT systems confidently (training available)

A relevant professional qualification in Health & Social Care is required (e.g., Health & Social Care Level 3, Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent).
