We are looking for an excellent highly committed and focused Organisational Development Programme Manager to support the ongoing implementation of this strategy working on a variety of key workforce projects, and supporting the governance, monitoring and evaluation of the strategy. You will be a person who enjoys complex, multi-faceted organisational development projects that are practical, as well as behavioural and cultural. You will enjoy delivering in a fast paced environment and working with staff from all parts of the organisation. You will be an experience practitioner who works in a values based way with integrity and enthusiasm.
The role will require a range of organisational development aspects from diagnostics, utilising data and analysis of multiple data sources. Staff engagement is a primary factor for all the work we do with our incredible staff. There maybe times when a project requires sensitive, confidential and highly skilled facilitation skills, as well as other behavioural based interventions. Governance, monitoring and evaluation of multiple work streams is also key to this role, as is excellent project management, and the ability to write succinct papers, and present at a range of trust forums.

The post-holder will be a core member of the Staff Experience team working on a variety of projects including:
· Supporting projects within the Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy as well as monitoring, tracking and evaluating effectiveness.
· Supporting the development and delivery of trust wide strategic workforce projects.
· Supporting the delivery of projects including; Bullying, Harassment, Kindness, Civility and Respect; further embedding UCLH values; Staff Recognition; Staff Retention; Violence Prevention and Reduction, supporting with Staff Survey related projects linked to the Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy that may also include supporting improvements to the UCLH work environment and health and wellbeing.
· Leading on the UCLH Hardship Fund including the approvals committee.
· Through the Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy support delivery of the UCLH Strategy, as well as mapping across other related workforce strategies.
· From time to time, deputising for the Head of Staff Experience in relation to the Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy e.g. when the Head of Staff Experience is on leave.
