Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? Do you enjoy working with families and want to make a real difference in their community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed apprentices to join our Start for Life Service within the Family Hubs. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of universal and targeted group sessions for children and families.
Working directly with children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Gaining valuable experience in a multi-agency Family Hub environment, collaborating with a range of professionals and services.
Developing your knowledge and skills in early years development, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for working with children and families.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to completing the apprenticeship and qualification.
This is more than just a qualification – it’s a chance to be part of a supportive team that’s making a real impact in the lives of local families
