The School:

The role:
Wilsthorpe School are looking to appoint a Student Welfare Officer to join an exceptional team working in our Intervention Centre and with the team in the main school. We are looking to expand our skill set and are wishing to appoint a person to work in our Intervention Centre to support students accessing education and be a positive role model to support their emotional wellbeing.
The person:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting young people achieve their highest potential and excellent knowledge of safeguarding arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience of successfully working with students and families to overcome barriers which, in turn, will enable us to ensure that our students reach their potential whilst they are in our schools.
